Bahwesh Terms and Conditions of Sale

INTRODUCTION

These Terms of Sale establish the conditions under which products are supplied to you, the buyer, on www.bahwesh.com or through our mobile application (collectively referred to as the “Site”). Bahwesh E-Commerce, operated by Bahwesh Holdings, a company registered in Iraq, owns and manages the Site. Please carefully review these terms before placing your order on the Site. By submitting an order, you agree to adhere to these Terms of Sale immediately.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

• Supplier: Each product in your order is sold either by us or by the seller specified on the Site.
• Order Acceptance: Your order is considered accepted when we notify you in writing (e.g., via email or mobile messaging). If we cannot accept your order, you will be informed in writing.

PAYMENT

• By placing an order, you authorize us or our third-party processor to process your payment via credit/debit card or wallet payments. Note: Cash on delivery is not available.
• Cancelling Orders: Orders can be cancelled only before shipping. We reserve the right to cancel your order if:
  • Payment is not received on time.
  • Necessary information for order completion is not provided within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Delivery cannot be completed due to missing or incorrect information.

REFUNDS

Refunds are issued solely in the following scenarios:

• The ordered product is not available.
• We cancel your order.
• Delivery of your order is not possible.

No refunds will be issued once an order is placed through our website and mobile app.

• Limitations of Liability: We are not liable for indirect damages or losses arising from use of the Site or inability to deliver products. Liability is limited to refund conditions stated above.
